Symptom:

Rarely you may find that the org that you have just added to the backup service does not appear in the Control-C portal as a connected org. If you try to re-add it, you can see it in the drop down orgs list in Xero but it is greyed out.

Fix:

You will need to first disconnect the app from your Xero org.

Here are steps on where to go in Xero to do this….


To disconnect an app:

  1. Click the organisation name, then select Settings.
  2. Click Connected Apps.
  3. Under the Connected Apps heading click Disconnect beside the app name.



Once deleted, please try re-connecting the org again in Control-C, via the Control-C portal.
