Here are some checks if you do not receive your password reset email
1. Ensure that the user email address is valid i.e. you know that this is a valid account. You will see an error like this returned if it is invalid...
2. Check you Junk/Spam folders
3. Check your inbox rules to make sure it isn't being routed to another folder or deleted etc.
Failing this, please create a support ticket with your screen shot showing the password was sent successfully to your email address...
