Introduction

Your backup will start automatically. Your first full backup of all data will only start immediately if you did not start with a free trial i.e. you selected 'Buy Now', otherwise the backup will start within 24hrs of you adding your bill payment. If you do not see progress in the first 24hrs, please reach out via a support ticket

Trial Users

Please note that only 50 records from each of these endpoints will be backed up when you are on a Trial subscription and will complete within minutes. You will have 7 days to explore the data backed up and the features.

Special Note

Due to the limited number of records backed up, not all data will be viewable or complete.
