In this article, we will discuss the components that the Organisation Status page consists of. But first, what is this page for? Organisation Status page gives you a quick status of your organisations' connection status, current backup status, if it is still active and the backup progress.
- Organisation Name - The list of your organisations saved in Control-C. There 2 types of modes you can do on the organisation when clicked. The color black tells you the organisation settings is normal and when clicked, it will show you the current backup activity of the organisation shown on the right hand side of the page (6). While, if the organisation name is in color grey, it tells you that something is off in the settings i.e. Xero Integration is turned off. When clicked, it will redirect you the settings page of the organisation.
- Last/Current Dataset Status - Status of the current and latest backed up dataset.
- Complete - A complete viewable dataset.
- Backup In Progress - Backup is currently being performed.
- Xero API Daily Exceeded - Xero API limit for you organisation has been reached. See more here about this error.
- No Dataset - No backup has been performed yet.
- Xero Connection Status - Tells you if the Xero Integration is turned off. If turned off, no backup will take place.
- Organisation Active Status - The status of organisation's backup settings.
- Allowed - Organisation is set to take backups.
- Disallowed - Taking of backups has been turned off.
- Backup In Progress Status - Shows you the status of the current backup if it is in progress, where is currently the backup is, and if it is queued.
- Backup Recent Activity - Shows you the progress of the backup and how many has already been backed up. To be able to see the recent backup activity, click on any organisation you want to view (make sure that the organisation is filled with color black, otherwise, it will redirect you to its settings page. Please see (1) for more details about it). See below for more visual details:
